AI Models Used
WitBoardAI uses AI language models provided by leading third-party providers to power the AI agent feature. Model selection may change over time as new models become available. The current list of providers is available upon request to the Data Protection Officer, in compliance with the LGPD.
What We Send to AI Providers
When you use the AI agent, the following information may be sent to AI providers: (i) the text of your prompts and instructions; (ii) board and issue content relevant to your request; (iii) your Company Context (if configured). We do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive credentials to AI providers. Requests are scoped to the minimum context necessary to fulfill the task.
Data Retention and Model Training
WitBoardAI prohibits AI providers from using Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve their models. Our agreements with the providers include data processing addenda (DPAs) that restrict use of submitted data solely to fulfilling API requests. Providers do not retain prompt content after the request is completed, in accordance with their enterprise data policies.
Known Limitations
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. The AI agent does not have real-time information and may not reflect recent events. Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied upon for important decisions. The Provider is not responsible for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
How to Disable AI Features
AI features are integral to the WitBoardAI Service. If you do not wish to use AI features, you may choose not to use the AI agent and use the board management features independently. You cannot currently opt out of AI processing while retaining full use of the Service, as AI is the core value proposition.
